Construction is underway for the new St. Paul's Hospital
Drive by on Prior Street or Terminal Avenue and you’ll see the impressive new St. Paul’s Hospital on the Jim Pattison Medical Campus! Sitting on 18 acres just east of downtown Vancouver, this first-in-Canada campus – along the lines of Johns Hopkins and the Cleveland Clinic – will drive clinical care and research to advance the health of people across BC and beyond.
The hospital will open its doors to the public in 2027. Construction for the adjacent Clinical Support and Research Centre is also underway for completion in 2029.

St. Vincent’s: Brock Fahrni
Learn moreHome to 148 residents, many of whom are Canadian military veterans. Residents enjoy Art Works and gardening programming, a courtyard, lounge, and chapel.
St. Vincent’s: Langara
Learn moreHome to 197 seniors and 20 adult mental health clients. The home is built around a sunny, spacious atrium that sees many celebrations, concerts, and activities year-round.
Youville Residence
Learn moreHome to 42 long-term care residents and 32 adult mental health clients. A peaceful garden and patio, a chapel, and lounge create a home-like environment for residents, friends, and families.
St. Vincent’s: Honoria Conway
Learn moreAn assisted living residence for 60 seniors with supportive housing for 8 young adults with disabilities.

Learn moreInspired by dementia villages, this brand new home (built in 2024), has transformed long-term care. Residents live in small households with private rooms and bathrooms. They’ll enjoy safe access to the outdoors and to the wider community. We’re proud to be part of this very compassionate “first” in publicly-funded seniors care.
